As an Office of the National Coordinator of Health IT (ONC) Fellow, Rajib bridges healthcare and technology to solve complex industry challenges, designing forward-thinking, AI-enabled data ecosystems that empower communities and drive equity. His executive journey spans leading multimillion-dollar system overhauls, including a $20M+ EHR transformation and multiple county-wide Social Health Information Exchange (SHIE) implementations. Before founding Health Roads, Rajib served as Chief Data and Transformation Officer at CHCN, where he revolutionized Utilization Management, IT, and Customer Care through digital transformation and analytics-driven decision-making. Rajib's thought leadership extends to his healthcare analytics column for INFORMS and speaking engagements at healthcare conferences. Goldie Mandella is the Director of Product and Services Operations at Health Roads, where she leads product strategy, customer implementations, and operational delivery across a growing portfolio of healthcare technology and services. She brings more than 15 years of healthcare operations experience, along with an additional 18 years in finance and management roles, grounding her work in strong financial discipline, operational governance, and execution rigor. Her focus is on translating regulatory complexity, payer requirements, and real world provider workflows into scalable, technology enabled operating models. Goldie oversees customer implementations and post-go-live operations, converting complex source systems, service workflows, authorizations, health plan rules, and data exchange requirements into reliable operational and revenue pipelines. When cash flow or data flow breaks, she leads root cause analysis across intake, interfaces, claims, denials, remittances, and downstream reporting, turning findings into durable operational fixes and cross product improvements. Previously, Goldie held senior operations and revenue cycle leadership roles where she delivered significant cost reductions and material gains in efficiency. She built structure from the ground up, established disciplined deployment and implementation consistency, and standardized workflows that improved reliability, scalability, and financial performance. This experience shapes the operating model she brings today, creating the backbone for compliant, scalable growth across product, service delivery, and financial functions, so Health Roads’ customers can focus on serving their communities.

Before joining Health Roads, Pennie served as People & Culture Leader at HeadSpin for over 3 years, and held Senior Director positions at both HeadSpin and Reputation.com. Her career also includes 7 years as Director of People Operations at ChargePoint, where she was praised for running operations with "tremendous efficiency and utmost productivity but most with extreme care." She's passionate about using data and technology to elevate employee experience and ensures that our human-centered mission is embedded in our teams and practices, fostering belonging, agility, and purpose as we grow.
