Title: Senior Sales Account Manager

Location: Remote - SoCal, Southwest, Arizona, Florida

Role Summary 

​

You’ll report to the CEO and serve as a proactive hunter focused on identifying and winning new business—especially among organizations implementing or upgrading EHR systems and Case Management systems that may or may not offer an integrated revenue cycle management product and services. You’ll be the face of Health Roads in emerging markets, uncovering needs, positioning AI-enabled RCM/EHR-integrated (or CM-integrated) solutions, and closing enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities 

​

  • Target and win new business from healthcare and social care providers adopting EHRs/Case Management/HMIS systems in Medicaid, SDOH, HRSN, and CBO contexts. 

  • Hunt aggressively using outreach, networking, and event participation to build and qualify pipeline. 

  • Present tailored demonstrations of SocialRCM™, emphasizing its workflow integration with EHRs, value to Medicaid billing, and administrative efficiency. 

  • Full sales-cycle ownership: prospecting → qualification → negotiation → closing and post-sale upsell opportunities. 

  • Exceed revenue targets while meticulously documenting activity and pipeline in CRM systems. 

  • Collaborate internally (product, marketing, operations) to customize proposals and support seamless service delivery. 

  • Engage in thought leadership and lead generation at industry conferences and networking events.

Ideal Candidate Profile 

​

  • 5+ years in senior account management or field sales with enterprise software, ideally within healthcare, social care or Health IT. 

  • Proven track record in new logo acquisition and closing complex deals through outbound prospecting and pipeline development—a true hunter mindset. 

  • Deep expertise in EHR systems, Social Care CM systems (e.g. Apricot, Client Track, Case Worthy, Nine Patch etc.) revenue cycle workflows, Medicaid billing, care coordination systems, and social care technologies. 

  • Existing relationships—or the ability to quickly build relationships—with community-based or Medicaid-serving organizations. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills for engaging both clinical and executive stakeholders. 

  • Analytical and strategic thinking in crafting ROI-driven proposals tailored to client pain points. 

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, FOLK), Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Smartsheet.
